Midorikawa Hikaru, nicknamed by fans as Guririba (from "green river", literal translation of his last name) is one of the most prolific JP voice actors right now. You'll run into him in about 90% of anime, games and the like.
Still on his search for a mini of his liking, Inasuke is partnered with someone he didn't expect.
P.S: The writer does wonder why there seems to be a higher concentration of Gary Stus in this fandom than other pretty-boy female-targeted games.
Hm. You know, Inasuke likes cute and pretty things, like Strawberry Shortcake and Vil. And yet he keeps mocking Kaguya for being a "pretty boy" "easily mistaken for a woman." Are you sure he isn't jealous of Kaguya's relationship with Momoka? >.>
Oh, and a more actual question: what is the "(CV: Guririba Midorikawa Hikaru. I swear, this person is everywhere)" section of the CAD reading referencing? And what does "CV" stand for? I can't parse what it's saying there.

About the CAD giving voice actor info in many of my missions: it's either because the cast is a major selling point of the work (Onmyōji), the work doesn't make that big of a deal about the cast (this one, whose voice credits are given in official literature but not the game itself) and thus it's given to help the readers and myself remember, or because I just like to geek out about JP voice actors.
On Ina's fascination with Vil Schoenheit (CV: Aiba Hiroki): the guy is hot and pretty, I won't deny, but Ina likes him because of the character's life philosophy – Mr Fairest-One-of-All believes that a man who's not traditionally masculine is not less of a man, and being cute, pretty and delicate aren't weak traits.
P.S: True confessions: ever since starting twst, my portrayal of 'Guya is a weeee bit influenced by Vil. Sure, he's still a yamato nadeshiko, but he's written as doing makeup and other beauty-related things a bit more often. His counterpart in the Heian AU is partially meant to evoke the Evil Queen.
I don't tend to think much about actors or voice actors, myself. In fact, I think I learn about them more from PPC missions than from actually consuming canon content in real life . . .

Just like actors in live action movies, voice actors play a very important role in giving characters an interesting, vivid and "true" personality - but often don't get considered as much as they're a name in the credits roll instead of a face we see during the entire thing.
Which is a shame - taking the latest anime I watched as an example, Chisato of Lycoris Recoil just wouldn't have been able to hit so much with the audience if it wasn't for her voice actress. True, her dialogue's writing and characterization were superb already, but it was Chika Anzai's energetic and peppy rendition that really secured the homerun.
And I don't think, if we actually could portal into canons, that Sakura Kinomoto would sound like Sakura Tange, or that Indiana Jones would look like Harrison Ford. I know it's important to credit voice actors; I'm just not interested in the production elements of a story.

A game with a cast of nice-looking characters but no voice acting is right out.
I am a fan of the Metal Gear Solid series, MGS3: Snake Eater being the first one I played. I slowly worked both forward as they came out, and backwards as I managed to get hold of them.
Being an italian teen at the time, I of course played them in Italian, which was English dialogue but Italian subs and menu. But, to my surprise, the original Metal Gear Solid was actually dubbed!
As soon as I started it, though, I realized why they only did that once. Becaused they did a horrible job at it. It took only a few lines of Colonel Campbell sounding like he was just reading out his lines emotionlessly for me to give up and take out the disc. To this day, I still have to actually finish that entry in the series.
It was cool to get inside Ina’s head again. Though I seriously doubt that was the worst mission ever.
