How do I start this.... well, let's just go with the obvious: I apologize for flaming at Ekyl and everyone else. I apologize for being a total F**KIng a-hole at you guys for agreeing with Ekyl. I apologize for being a complete immature brat.
What I did has been hurting me inside for a while. That is the reason I apologize.
This is NOT an attempt to get back into the community; if that bridge is burned, it stays burned. But if you do decide to let me back in, I WILL NOT flame, rage, or troll ANYONE again.
P.S: I tried to apologize for what happened on the IRC. it was not accepted. I tried to tell you about it during the first starhunter beta request, but everyone ignored it.

As was stated at the time of the ban:
He's banned. He's not allowed to come back. Ye PPC Has Spoken. He has received the highest sanction.
Using a technical means to enforce that ban is unnecessary until... well, until it becomes necessary. At that point, since he is, in fact, banned, he will be IP blocked and deleted.
Technical measures have become necessary to enforce a pre-existing ban. Any posts from alternate IPs will be deleted on sight.

I mean, one of the agents I plan to bring in is a Light Yagami expy, and I really want him to get to know the Death Note continuum a little better. Besides, my brother and I used to like that manga when we were younger, and you can imagine how this badfic makes me feel...
He's been banned from the PPC community since November; by all rights we should have removed his claim listing then. This changes nothing.
