The 'phonetic Elvish' appears to be mostly Quenya, and looks... pretty good. I'm not certain you can use ilya to mean 'all' in that grammatical structure - it's closer to 'everything', I think - but At Least It's Not Grelvish(TM) (seriously, ALING might be a really useful acronym to have on hand...). Some examples ('Faithless is he') show that they're not just directly transliterating - it reads something like 'Faithless is one saying farewell when the road becomes more dark'.
Also, some of them are really pretty; I like 'deep roots' particularly, though I refuse to believe those five words translate the whole quote.
("Deep roots reaches frost not into"; yeah, they dropped the first half. It works, though)
