If you ever need to get out, just get on a plane and come to Arizona. There's always a home open to you here.

Just thought I'd drop this here before going to bed... I've been actively looking for Suvian colors lately, and I think I may have found a new one. It's mentioned in this Hunger Games fic I've found, Game of Chance. A character is mentioned as having "blunde" hair, so I think it'll probably be a relative of "blunette", i.e. a sickening mix of blue and blonde. I'm not sure if I'll actively spork the fic in question, because despite its sporkable quality (seriously, just look at the whole thing), it's disappointingly incomplete with only four chapters so far. Still, I might add this color to the spectrum for future reference soon...
Additionally, I've been thinking of starting an agent team in the Department of Mary Sues, just to give me something to do while waiting on my two collabs in Floaters (the one with Des is taking quite a while, actually - though if he has more important things to do, then he's more than welcome to take his time). I've been meaning to experiment with an idea I've had for a while. Basically, my DMS team is formed when an agent accidentally sends a Sue to the PPC HQ, and for safety purposes, she has to be bound by canon. So she's inherently Suvian but has to fight alongside the agent who initially caught her, like a bound demon of sorts. The Sue's captor will likely have some involvement to Rashida's history as well, though I won't spoil that until after I start work on the bios tomorrow.
Thoughts on both topics are appreciated as usual! ^_^
It's not so much 'more important things to do' as terrorist attacks in the general neighbourhood. That tends to kill the mood, fast.
Please take care and stay safe!
My thoughts go out to you.
How much more time do you have of the military service?
Here's a word of advice: if the sirtuation gets bad, run abroad, and do not hesitate to do so.
This is quite the debate, here: whether to run abroad or not.

And here I thought I had it bad with a demanding mother...
Once I get a place of my own, you're welcome here at any time.
...but Mom might object to having a total stranger in the house. She's touchy about those things.
If there's anything at all I can do to help, just tell me!

I appreciate the offer. Immensely.
In case you have to contact me unexpectedly? I tend to work long work shifts, so I don't always have internet access.
Yet, anyway. Even if things are getting worse - and they are, there were riots in eastern Jerusalem today - running away to Arizona is a bit too much. I also have my army service to finish. After that, though...
That's pretty scary. o.o May there be peace.

...Ouch, man. You have my sympathies... Wish there was something I could do to help :(
May I ask how soon it will be before you can resume writing our collab again? If you have to keep safe first, please do. I can afford to wait. *virtual hugs*
Who knows? It depends on the maniacs running people over. Hopefully things will come to a head soon; either we'll have a new intifadha on our hands, in which case I'll probably get used to it, or they'll decide to quit being a*******, in which case I'll be able to calm down. I guess.
