Tonight, 10/25, the finale of Cardfight!! Vanguard was available for Crunchyroll.com's free users (It was available for Premium users since last week.) And I have to tell you, the feels! All the feels!

All those appearances from those great Cardfighters from all four seasons...
Kai's change from lone-wolf to someone who's a bit more open...
And that epic closer that brought back the original Vanguard theme!!!

*squees like a little girl for 11.259 seconds*

But with the series over, I wonder if there is a fanfic explosion in the works. Assuming that the fandom is big enough, I myself am predicting ship wars aplenty on the horizon. Of course, there's the obvious Aichi/Misaki vs. Aichi/Kourin ship war, but given the multiple friendships in the show, this continuum is easily amenable to slash ships as well(e.g., Kai/Aichi, Kai/Ren, Kai/Miwa).

So, if anyone here also watches Vanguard, what do you think? Has anyone read any Vanguard goodfic? Anyone looking forward to/dreading an imminent fanfic explosion? Any predictions?
