First of all, I thought that the "E" did not belong because of Google Translate. Had I done two seconds' worth of thinking instead of consulting Google in my insecurity, I would have remembered that the "E" did belong there; since souhaiter is a regular -er verb, it's je souhaite; I was right the first time.

As for the phrase itself, I was trying to go with something along the lines of "I hope that you have fun." The word espérer completely slipped my mind, so I used souhaiter instead. But at this point, I believe that we can agree that that first "te" definitely did not belong; it should have been "je souhaite que qu t'amuses bien" (unless there's yet another error there!)
