Hello peoples of the PPC.
I have come back from the shadowy graves of the dead to announce to you this. The PPC has done something useful! It has given me material for a book.
A book you say? What sort of book?
Why a book about fantasy fiction tropes! Called... the Tropes of Fantasy Fiction. (http://amzn.com/0786478586
Because of my time here at the PPC I started realizing the nature of cliches and tropes. This combined with the work I've done with the Inheritance series and other bad written books, I've managed to pull together a book that tries to answer the question/idea of "Why aren't fantasy books all the same, if they all use the same ideas over and over again?" and "Why aren't all of them cliched if they do use the same things over and over again."
You'll have to read the book to find the answer, because it'd take me a book to answer it. XD
Also, to the delight of you all, I'm sure you'd love to know that I do use the PPC as an example at one point in the book as I discuss the concept of Meta-Fiction.
So, go forth and drive up my Amazon pre-order numbers! :D

The book is about 78k words. I'm not exactly sure how that will translate into actual pages though.
