They'd get replaced by another group of leaders within a year, who would then get replaced by another group, who would then get replaced by another group, who would then get replaced by the tyrant, who'd then immediately get replaced again by someone else, and so on and so forth until someone bans the entire process of getting new leaders.
Until that someone gets replaced, in turn. -
