As in, a Chinese clone or something like that. I had a couple non-Lego kits when I was a kid (one from Mega Blocks and one from Lima, better known for the model trains)
In fact, the Lima off-brand minifigure was pretty interesting. I don't know if I stil have it around, but if I remember correctly it had KNEE JOINTS!

I would probably just cheat and blazon it as five piano accidental keys sable. It's what I did for Kaitlyn's shield, which features a fess sable with staff bearing a three-note arpeggio in G argent. It would probably be massively frowned on in formal heraldry, but this is the internet. ;)
Swiss per fess gules and argent, a lion sejant erect queue fourchée Or, five piano accidental keys sable.
And for once I know that's what you're aiming for, because you made your own picture. ;)

... Now I'm just disappointed the Samauri isn't a Samaori, because that would be badass. Still, at least he and Pharoah can be misspelled buddies together. {; )
Poor Off-Brand Celt. That's... that's just sad. He looks fairly convincing in the photos, though. If he's not LEGO, what is he?

He's definitely not MegaBlox or the like. And as I recall, at least one of his hands just snapped in half when I tried to get him to hold his equipment.
His head is terrifying too, he's got a sculpted pointy noise. Gives me chills.
