Your apology may not be directed towards me, but I do feel their sincerity. May the Vishanti watch over you :)

I've been trying to figure out how to word this to convey my sincerity, and I still may not have gotten it right, but here it goes: I have been extremely disruptive to the community, and rude to several people, and none of you deserved that. I know I said I wouldn't take anything back, but that whole bringing up Jacer thing was seriously out of line, and I shouldn't have lashed out like that. I should have just stopped and accepted that I was already out of line. I'm sorry for dragging up what must seem like ancient history with July to most of you. At one point I did genuinely believe that she was harmful to the community and needed to leave, but I'm willing to accept that she has changed, and I vastly over reacted to a misperception.
See you around sometimes, eh?

I always believed that you genuinely tried to do something good, and it’s possible that we didn’t go through sufficient lengths to explain why there is no need to fix what isn’t broken. (Going through lots of posts to verify or disprove this may take a while, but why shouldn’t we all try to learn from such incidents?)

It's always tragic.
Sure, you've made your mistakes, but who hasn't?
... since I'm unfortunately running off to work soon.
Just want to say this has been seen and acknowledged. I'd like to add "accepted," but I think it's going to take me more time to mull over everything that's happened before I can get there. However, it is a thing I will earnestly try to do.

Apologies are always hard to give, but that's always the first step. Good luck with your travels. Hope you'll be coming back someday. Takes care until then.
P.S.: May seem foolish to bring that up, but what about the tournament?
That if they're leaving, they're forfeiting. Unless something happens to the contrary, I shall wait until Fasoula and DCCCV finish their match before making it official.
If you'd wanted a productive dialogue, maybe you should have tried that before:
1) Impersonating members of the community to get someone banned.
2) Publicly declaring your intent to destroy this community and what it stands for.
3) Continuing to steal others' usernames.
and 4) Insulting a member of this community for trying to make amends.
Think about it, hmmm?
The fact that we'd then see that their apologies don't mean anything. If they do it again, I (and Neshomeh, and probably most of the community) am going to immediately call for a quickban, citing this incident.
So if Data comes back and is an ass again, they're done. We're a forgiving group, and I don't think that's a bad thing, but we won't tolerate repeat offenders.
In my experience, people who are seriously offensive get hard-banned pretty quickly. People who acknowledge their offences and take steps to change their behaviour tend to be forgiven.
(I assume you're talking about JulyFlame, right?)
You refuse to acknowledge that people and communities can change?
I'm going to obey Iximaz, then. Goodbye, Toroll.
*pokes with a tiny stick*
This is also an exit post. I'm jetting. If you guys decide to continue with the ban vote, I doubt I'll see the results, so if I do end up coming back before I'm supposed to (or at all if it's a perma-ban), just let me know and I'll be on my way again.
