Subject: A game of writing and story seeds!

So, if you will look a few threads below, I recently got into a discussion with Basil Pasta about descriptive bits, and used three examples of what might deserve long prose describing it. And then I realized that I wanted to write a story involving all three, and that figuring out how to fit together a couple random snippets was fun and a bit hard. So, shall we play?

Basically, you write a short piece - a standalone or an excerpt from a larger story that hasn't been written yet - involving various snippets. Or, if you can't think of any, you can put up your own examples for others to try and write around! Either works.

So, the first three that I used for Basil are:
A gorgeous sunset over a sparkling waterfall
A battle-scarred Fae warrior in rune-engraved armor
A sacrificial costume
I'll be posting a piece involving these three later on (I hope)

And three more:
A girl who is the incarnation of the Snow Queen of Hans Christian Anderson's story
A blade forged in underwater volcanoes
A community of dryads in the California redwood forests.
