A classic PPC fandom, with a decidedly non-classic resolution. Thanks to my coauthor, Matt Cipher, and my trio of positive beta-readers. (Sorry for blindsiding you, Scapegrace, but I get impatient.)

Also, slightly off-topic question. I was rereading the badfic I want to take on next, and I realized it might not be as bad as I thought after all. Checking the reviews (good sources of information on fic characters, BTW) showed that the author responded to criticism of her OC in a mature, thoughtful way, and gave plausible explanations for why various things happened the way they did. Some of the spelling errors vanished, too. It's still not goodfic--the punctuation is messy and she never explains a certain aspect of the OC's past--but it seems to be developing into a well-meaning but badly executed fic. Should I continue writing the mission and end on a more diplomatic note, or scrap it entirely and find something more unambiguous?
