That if it's a single, (more or less) coherent story, then it's DMS. If it's a Sue that makes an appearance in multiple stories, it's DMO.

Would assassination of a Sue appearing in a fic wherein each chapter is published as a separate oneshot be the responsibility of the regular DMS or the DMO?
