I vaguely remember, back when I first joined PPC in late 2014, there being a discussion about whether badfic comics (i.e. How I Became Yours) should be sporked through comics. I don't think this question was ever really resolved and How I Became Yours ended up being a normally written image with pictures from the comic instead of quotes as from a regular fic.
But my real question is, could all of an author's missions be in comic format? Has this been tried before in any seriousness?

Other than Generic Surface, I don't believe anyone has bothered to draw more than about six pages of PPC comic. The extremely abbreviated Breathing Space mission in GS was 34 pages long. See the problem? ;)

That ultimately depends on the author and the amount of effort they are willing to spend. Creating comics is a more complicated process than just writing a story and illustrating it. Pacing is different. Dialogue is different. Action is different. The whole thing is closer to a script than a conventional story. You're more than willing to try making all your stories as comics, but be aware that it's going to be a tricky thing.

Though they're not missions in the traditional sense since he made up the badfics within, and the comic is all done with LEGOs (and quite well, too!), rather than a drawn medium which is what I assume you meant.

As for a full spinoff done in comic format...? None, as far as I'm aware.
