Now, the Sack Of Pennies is... kind of a strange item, because every Physical move used by the holder is followed up with a use of the move Pay Day. It's not super useful in competitive play, but if you wanna make the most of it, get an Adamant Basculin and train it in Attack and Speed. Adaptability is the best ability by far, and for moves you want Waterfall, Zen Headbutt, Superpower, and Aqua Jet. Just remember to have fun! =]
