One of my classes at UNC Charlotte is on the history of Tokyo, and we get to travel to the city and stay there through spring break, March 4 to March 14.
Besides being a RIDICULOUSLY AWESOME opportunity I can't believe I didn't mention earlier, I'm bringing this up to let you guys know that I won't be able to visit the Board or work on missions/beta-reading stuff much over those ten days. I'm planning to buy a Japanese SIM card so I don't go completely off the grid, but I'm also working on the assumption that said SIM card has a strict data limit. So, limited contact.
Also, spending the entire trip with my nose stuck to my phone and/or iPod is both really rude and really pointless. :P -

実は、今までUNCCで日本語を勉強してきた。 でも、まだ話すことは上手で出来ない。 私はこの旅行には話すことを練習できてほしい。
(In case your computer/device can't display Japanese text, my post translates as "Yes, that's right. Actually, I've been studying Japanese at UNCC for three years. But I still can't get good at speaking. I hope I can practice speaking on this trip.")
