Wow, it's been a while since I've been on here!

Anyway, in the midst of all my IRL busyness, two fairly momentous milestones just passed: the 11th anniversary of me being part of the PPC, and also my 30th birthday!
(Guess this makes me definitely an oldbie, huh?)

I will certainly accept the bleeprum but I don't think I can in good conscience take on a mongoose, at least while I'm still aboard a ship.

I still feel like a kid stuck in an adult costume pretending to be an adult, secretly afraid that people will discover my secret...

But at this point having worked full-time for almost 10 years, owning a house and hitting a new decade at life, perhaps it's time I faced facts: I'm an adult.

Congrats on the rate and the deployment etc, too, I believe that all happened while I was off lurking.

Sometimes I feel like I'm going to wake up one day in my bedroom back home and find out the last two years- or even longer!- was just a dream.

So far that hasn't happened yet.
