I don't think that canon knowledge is necessary, and the ones that I have brought up are pretty old so I don't think spoilers are a problem.
I remember reading a bunch of stories where the Marquis de Sod introduces one agent to another, but I cannot remember how to find them again.
Could you please give a clue on what search term brings those up in the wiki?
Or if anyone wants to plug their own stories, that would be awesome.
