Basically: the best Hebrew translation of LotR is the omnibus version published by Kineret-Zmora Bitan. The text itself was translated by Ruth Livnit; the songs were translated by Uriel Ofek. Immanuel Lotem translated the appendices and edited important things like not calling the Elves "Sons of Lilith".

However: I can attempt to record them — they're really fun to read aloud, after all.
