I stumbled onto the Big Sib/Little Sib page on the wiki, and am wondering if that sort of thing is still going on. I haven't seen any mention of it on the board so far, both big sib/little sib lists are defunct, and I am also sort of an idiot, so you can understand my confusion, here.
The page you want, in case there's confusion, is this one. All five houses have Big Sibs listed, and while I think Omega has gone quiet and EileenAlphabet doesn't post much, everything other than Grave Energy Initiative has at least one active Big Sib.
As outlined on that page, the thing to do is choose which House you want to be in, and ask for a Big Sib. This thread is a perfectly fine place to do that.
It's also a good place for anyone else who needs one to ask - and for anyone who wants to become a Big Sib to look at the description and sign up! I'm sure the other Big Sibs would be delighted to have you on-board.

When I said 'sign up', I meant 'literally go to the Wiki page and add your name'. There is no vetting procedure or anything: if you want to make yourself available as a Big Sib, go and write your name so's people can see you, then reply when someone asks for a Big Sib. It are as simples as that(s).

House Grave Energy Initiative for me as well, I think. I don't do a huge amount of original writing, but I do have a lot of ideas constantly splurging out of my brain and I'm an okay (if amateur) standup. Also, it's not like Skull Goblet was an option except in the case of how not to do it. =]
That I can sign up as a Big Sib for House Grave Energy Initiative. Original Writing has always been my focus.
I am actually still around, doing extensive lurking and not posting a lot. But I am here for anyone who would consider signing up for HGEI.

House Kind Words and a Two-by-Four seems like a jolly old place. Nothing like self improvement and... construction materials. I'd join that, if it's not imposing on anyone, or anything like that.
Also, funny you should mention the Grave Energy Initiative, because that's the one I originally wanted to join. Laws of Narrative Comedy and irony and whatnot.
