Now, this is an interesting test case. This is the first time we've really been able to have a look at how pre-existing items affect multiple Pokémon in this gimmick, and it's really quite exciting! Seaking, however, is... not the best 'mon to take this item on, though. Soldier's Syringe's effect (a 50% chance to boost your Attack, Speed, or Accuracy by 1 stage whenever you get hit by a contact move) isn't well-suited to a 'mon with Seaking's kind of terrible defences, but try using a Lightningrod set with Waterfall, Megahorn, Drill Run, and Body Slam. Paraflinching. It is absolutely disgusting. =]
