IOT is a pretty OP held item for certain mons; it has a 25% chance to replicate your move, at half damage if it's a damaging attack. However, it only works if you have a Substitute up. SubCM mons can get a lot out of it, but Quilava doesn't really have the movepool to make it work. Stick with Eviolite. =]
