It links to the old Cyclopaedia rather than the current one. I've tweaked that.
It is permitted to work up your story and make a page for yourself on the Plort wiki. Please don't edit anywhere else, though; we try to keep that to when there's a relevant thread. (And no, I won't be making heraldry out-of-season; it's a lot of work.)

The Beginner's Guide to Plort says that the Baronial Council thread is in June. Lesser threads pop up when they're relevant, and may or may not result in me having the energy to play with maps and shields and things.
