Whenever torture is involved, and there isn't a good reason for it, that makes me go ballistic.

There was this one Hetalia fic that oversimplified the very complex issues surrounding the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki (to be a little more specific, it took the "now I am become death, destroyer of worlds" bit of the bombings and not the context for the bombs being dropped). That seriously annoyed me.

There was also one fic that had a protagonist kick a black cat into the path of a car. I immediately stopped reading in disgust.

It was less that I took it personally, than it was that I was just so bored reading it that it actually made me mad. I don't even remember what fic it was. That is just how boring it was. I remember the experience like it was yesterday, but I remember absolutely nothing about the fic itself, other than that it shipped Iji and Master Chief, along with Wrex. Doesn't sound like it could possibly be boring? Well, someone managed. That's, like, a talent.

Particularly, rapefics. Even more particularly when Sakura's the victim. CCS is my childhood, and Sakura's one of my favourite characters (As everyone probably noticed as one of my Agents' a badfic clone of her).

To pull off that in the CCS universe you have to be a really, really good author and have a really, really good reason to. It goes without saying that rape used for hurt/comfort and/or bashing a character (by making them the perpetrator) does not fall into that.

That is my badfic Berserk Button, and if any missionable fic of that kind comes under my eyes it's claimed on sight.

I mean, the two Pokemon missions I've done ticked me off cause of how flat-out bad the fics were, but I'm not sure that's the answer you're looking for.
