Agents Min Ra and Effie Raptor, Department of Geographical Aberrations
Min Ra is a firebender from an Avatar: The Last Airbender RP. Since the RP was set long before the show, she uses the 'fire is life' form of firebending. This is her bio from the RP:
Personality: Min Ra revels in power. She likes firebending, and she likes being physically the best. Safety is kind of a secondary concern, although she does take some steps toward safety, and dislikes endangering the safety of others too much (if they endanger themselves through doing something stupid, they're (mostly) on their own). Although Min doesn't like to admit it, she really does care a lot about her friends, and she will help them out whenever they're in danger.
Backstory/History/Bio: Min was born to an army officer and his wife, and she got her perfectionism from her father. She was trained in the art of firebending and martial combat (and other such things) by her father, but mostly, she led an ordinary life. Her parents were good ones, and she still loves them (even if she does have a scar on her leg from one of her and her father's duels; it was a mistake, and he apologized).
Effie Raptor:
Her name is short for F-22 Raptor, as Effie is an anthropomorphisation of that kind of plane, based off the following picture:

How Effie got to the PPC is a funny story involving plotholes, a nickname of 'Mary Sue with Wings' from TV Tropes, a few rookie agents, and a hilarious misunderstanding. Effie joined the PPC because, as a military jet, she feels at her best when she's using martial powers to serve a good cause.
Effie's personality is cool and efficient. She is technical-detail-oriented, so if faced with, say, a Single Tear, she'd comment on its biological unlikeliness rather than its status as a cliche. Effie is very good at math, and very much obsessed with accuracy, because mistakes at 60,000 feet mean really big problems. She's continuously bothered by her inability to catch the more subtle and emotional signs of Sueism.
Effie has a hard time deciding whether to think of herself as a human or as a plane, and sometimes she'll refer to parts of her body with aircraft terminology (confusing the **** out of her partner). Because of this, she lacks initiative, often waiting for a human to take the controls. Unfortunately, her partner is unfamiliar with machines, which leads to some problems.
Effie always carries around several kinds of missiles, which are very useful for blowing up anything Suvian that's too big for melee weapons. She's also quite fast and agile, and surprisingly stealthy for someone wearing airplane wings on her back. However, she's used to ranged combat and is terrible at melee.
