There was one Sue for each member of the Fellowship... thus, nine at once!
But their sheer number was a blessing in disguise, since most of them had little characterization, and their assassinations were trivial.
I think most Assassins would rather face nine weak Sues than one god-moding one any day!
...that have been ever encountered in a single fic (or series of fics)? Did you need an army of agents to take them out?
In Bad Fics in which the Sue possesses say THE SETTING ITSELF the an army of agents would be summoned to assist.
All Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha characters here are replaced, but some are bits. Depends on your count, it might/might not be a bigger number.
Jay and Acacia once took out nine Sues. Not sure if there have been more.

I have not read the books so I can't begin to imagine how bad it would be.
Altough Rina and Zeb killed the nudist psycho, they didn't do the cleaning up after her final death, for obvious reasons. Skarmory, firemagic and Voyd signed up for clearing this mess, and you could count the non-remplaced canons on your fingers. It's not plubished yet, but you can be sure it will be just as much epic as the six missions.
