Alright, this requires a bit of backstory. My friend and I are doing NaNoWriMo together, and she had the idea of having a mini-RP of our new characters. It turned into a Halloween masquerade, and then I suggested the PPC, and it went from there (I've told her about the PPC before; she likes the idea, but probably won't join).

So here's the RP: It will last three days, from October 30th to November 1st; no Permission required; and it will be set in a large dance hall in New Caledonia. My friend and I will run it (we'll have a bit of a structure going: new courses arriving, a costume contest, things like that), and here's the fun part: it's not restricted to PPC characters! It began with our wanting to try out our OCs for NaNoWriMo, so all original characters are allowed. We're still working on an explanation that makes sense in-universe: suggestions for that are welcome.

So, Boarders: What do you think? Will any of you attend the Halloween Masquerade?

I may or may not participate, though. I'd love the opportunity to do a field run with my agent pair, but I'm not sure how comfortable I feel with them just now. I suppose we'll see when Halloween rolls in.

...I'll unfortunately be ridiculously busy with IRL things throughout the rest of the autumn term, so I can't make any guarantees.

Which is a shame, because I have a few characters who would've loved to be there. And not just in my PPC writings, either...

Considering I'm also doing NaNo this year and am still fleshing out the ideas and characters, and have another OC who would be fun to bring in as well, I'm in favor. It sounds like fun.

I might/might not bring a superheroish OC I have in mind into the mix. Will see if uni leaves me enough breath.
