Have a Rorschach Book, which can change into virtually any written text in existence. It works kind of like the Room of Requirement. Basically, you hold while having your eyes closed, think about what you wanna read and then blink on purpose three times.

The Candle (aka. Blue Flame Candle) from The Binding Of Isaac: Rebirth!

The Candle is a very, very good item: every time you use a non-contact move, you make an additional 60BP Fire-type Special attack with a 20% chance to Burn the target, and it's affected by any and all abilities. However, it's not a particularly brilliant fit for Diglett. While it works well with Earthquake and can do additional chip damage, the problem is that Diglett is a Pokémon geared towards taking out very specific threats in the Little Cup meta, which is basically Chinchou. Diglett's Special Attack is also straight-up garbage, so even if you invest in full Special Attack (and frankly there's no reason why you would) then you're not going to be able to kill stuff off with Candle damage alone. Sorry. Both 'mon and item are good, they just... don't go great together. =]
