I hoped, sipped, and jumped, as snowballs whistled through the skies, desperately attempting to avoid the barrage of unexpected snowfire. Which aptly explained why I managed to be absolutely covered head to toe in snow. "Oh, come on guys! Let of a little, will ya!?"
My answer splattered all across my face. "Oh, just you wait! You'll get yours! Just you- OW!"
I looked to my right. Good, the fort still stood. I rushed for the old snow fort, taking a few more hits for the team. "Hey! That one had ice it it!" Thankfully, the door to the fort was mere inches away. I busted through the door, a break from the unrelenting flurry of balls. I wiped the dribbling snow of my brow. Now, to plan, until reinforcements arrive. As I took another step, I stumbled over a rope. "Why was...?"
SPLAT!
"..."
"This. Is. War."
