Okay, I know I've popped in a couple of times in the past couple of years with proclamations of a return that nobody wants, but this time I actually mean it. I've finally gotten around to setting pen to paper, or I suppose fingers to keyboard is slightly more realistic, and picked up my agents stories.
I do however have one general question. Do people actually still use the IRC chat? I've tried to log onto it a couple of times in the past few days and it's constantly empty. Or has it just moved?
Have we met? Doubt it. Anyway, yeah.
Have one of my own shed feathers and a complimentary kit of Spikes!
It's the one who makes one of my favorite spin-offs! Glad to have you back once more, and I can't wait to see what happens with your characters!
The chat just doesn't see much activity anymore. Most of the oldbies have grown up and gotten jobs, so we don't see much time to sit around talking anymore. But it's not, like, officially closed, or anything.
Re the babysitting question: Doc would claim he had too much canon research (aka, reading) to do, and that having a kid around would disrupt his concentration. Vania . . . would probably volunteer for it, to be honest, so if you're wanting negative responses, Doc would be the one to use.
You probably already noticed, but I added a bunch of your minor characters to the Glossary page at some point because they were missing. Hope you don't mind!
I have no problem with you adding the minor characters to the glossary in the slightest, in fact I thank you for it. The story I'm finishing now has three of my old rookies as agents so I'm planning on updating the bios for them soon, or adding in the case of Wallis.
Also I'm a tad overwhelmed by the fact it was one of your favourite spinoffs, thank you most kindly. As soon as I've found some new recruits the training sessions will resume. Have we rescued any young people from badfics lately that may need training.
Honestly, I haven't been keeping up with recent spin-offs. I rescued a pair of kids from an Epic Mickey mission, but I'm planning to write them in the Nursery's school myself before they start training. Sorry!
Never heard of you before, but I hope you're staying.

We have never met, so I'm not sure if I'm supposed to say 'Welcome' 'Welcome back' or just plain 'yo', but here's some Bloffee for you.
The earliest I was ever here was last year, so I figure we have never meet before. So, It's pleasure to meet you then!
I love to try and stick references to other agents and HQ goings on into my stories here and there.... So if you're agents got a message asking for a last minute babysitter, how would they respond negatively?
Last minute babysitter as in someone messaging them and telling them 'please babysit so-and-so', or as in 'would you like being babysit'?
Also, your, not you're.
That's what happens when typing on your phone and you don't check the auto correct. I meant if agents were asked to babysit for a child at the last minute.
I think Marvin and Printworthy would be OK with it, if confused. They have plenty of material for a child to watch, possibly a shared interest in cartoons, and Printworthy being a fluffy unicorn would make a little child very happy.
I can't answer the question about the IRC, so here's a pack of notecards for some reason!
The story I'm working on features three of my old agents, although given that they had only just graduated training last time round and three years has passed since, they've changed a little. I'd like to get back to writing some more training stories too, which would mean a new set of rookie recruits at some point though.
They definitely would not be rookies anymore!
Actually Experienced Agents.
Looks like I haven't seen you around at all, so hi, nice to meet you.
As a returnbie gift, here, have this cup of Earl Grey of Wisdom.
Haven't seen you around before, so you probably don't recognize me. Nice to meet you! Have a plate of freshly-made SPaGhetti. :)
As for the IRC... I've heard it's still used, but I've poked my nose in several times and it's always been dead silent. *shrugs*
Anyway, welcome back aBoard!
