Or closest equivalent. I'm not sure how compatible PPC tech is with other stuff, so DOSAT might need to create an android, or something. But, I don't see any explicit rule against it, and besides, having a sentient console trying to take (very petty) revenge on their newfound partner for all those times it was smashed could be very funny indeed. I'd say go for it.

That technology is limited to use in Headquarters.
Besides, while ensuring that you agents actually receive your missions instead of running off at every opportunity would be a bonus, no doubt some 'accident' would happen to help you evade work. -
