Subject: Security badges?

I know that the PPC is about as unprofessional as a paramilitary organization can get, but I've decided that I will use security badges for my agents once I get permission. The thing is, I want to have them ready before I ask for permission. As such, I have no idea how to fill them out.

As in, what information should be displayed? I'd guess that an RC number, name, and department/division should be on there, but what else? A normal answer would be fine, but if someone were to make a chart (Different departments would probably have different information), I could have an even easier time doing this, for both myself and other people. Which reminds me, once I master doing this, I will be open to making badges for others.

And, lastly, I may or may not have asked this before. I'm one of those people who doesn't have any memory of what they post. So, uh, sorry if I have, in fact, asked before and forgotten.
