My top fandoms currently are Supernatural and Zombies, Run!, though I suspect more people would recognize the former rather than the latter.

Remember Firemagic's idea? Well, I'm up to the challenge. My topmost fandoms are, currently, Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha and E.Y.E: Divine Cybermancy. Is anyone else interested in a co-write?
But my fandoms are Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, Puella Magi Madoka Magica, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, and Avatar the Last Airbender/Legend of Korra.
But for anyone interested in cowriting with me my fandoms are the Tolkienverse, Harry Potter, Narnia, Axis Powers Hetalia, BBC Sherlock (and other Sherlock Holmes adaptations/the ACD canon), and Battlestar Galactica 2003.
Along with other minor ones like Inception and Gattaca and all those other films but that can probably be figured out on a case-by-case basis. I'm one of those writers who, if she has the time, will watch/read the other person's canon if needed. :'D

My fandoms (that I think I have enough knowledge to write in) are Harry Potter, Song of the Lioness, Firefly and Primeval. Though I shouldn't be allowed to play with the Firefly characters. *Cackles evilly*
Also, Des, really sorry about not getting round to betaing your fic when I said I would. Completely forgot about it and really sorry.
Stuff happens. I'm certainly not holding this against you. Since I know Harry Potter (and I think there aren't a lot of people who don't), let's try for a (chooses a fandom at random) Primeval x E.Y.E: Divine Cybermancy crossover?
Primeval has the bonus of portals that lead to other times and being able to cause alt realities.
