Has been for the better part of a year now, I think? Whenever I go to access it, it says something along the lines of "Oops! Come back later!"
(Of course, as soon as I go to check it out to confirm, it's back up after months of trying to get it to work. *headdesk*)
I've noticed some pretty cool sprites on this wiki. Where do you guys get them?
Olderbies used TekTek dollmaker, but nowadays it's between RinmaguGames's Mega Anime Avatar Creator, or a sandbox mode from recolor.me
Gaia has a dream avatar maker now, although it has what is perhaps the worst search function in existence. I wish TekTek was still up, it was really handy.
