Also, I had a few points where author-inserted-rants knocked me a little way out of the text. One I was sympathetic to, though I don't remember which (I have to reread it), and one (the one about women vs. men on conversation-holding) that made me go :| and was... well, irritating. Usually I don't mind Dresden breaking the fourth wall, but that one just felt condescending.

Other than that, pretty much loved it.

like I said, it blew my mind. I didn't realize it was even out till my dad stumbled across it at Powels. last I had heard Butcher wasn't due to start wrighting it till this month. Oh, by the way, my posts might be a little weird for a while, my laptop died, so I'm wrighting this on my Wii.
