This says something about our playlists... All right, explain Monocle to me and I'll explain why I picked the same song for Nemedra.

Seriously, all this talk about gouging out our eyes and sobbing at the travesty that is most fics on the Circle of Lemmings is having me feel slightly guilty for ever showing you guys the Slenderman Suefic that started it all (can't a girl search for the definition of a proxy without stumbling across Sues? Geez Louise). So I propose a lighter topic:
What songs best fit your Agents?
~Lily, who is totally not listening to "Angel With a Shotgun" on repeat.
Music?! Agents?! Yay!
Agent Gilbert 'Gilly Gilly-Gins Gil' Beckett: "Happy Song" by Liam Lynch
Fiona Darcy: "Anything You Can Do, I Can Do Better" by Tom Wopat and Bernadette Peters
Agent Veralyn Amberwing: "Moon Trance" by Lindsey Stirling
Agent Caroline Moor: "Stamp On The Ground" by Italobrothers
And because I can (and am being threatened with painful-sounding things):
Eroeda Sunshadow: "No Strings Attached (Octavia Battle Theme)" by Jeffthestrider
Ally: 'Nurse Grenade' by Angelspit.
Grace: 'Arguru' by deadmau5.
Fix: 'Lulled By Numbers' by IAMX.
Carver: 'Two In The Chest, One In The Head' by New Years Day.
Avatar!me (will be appearing hopefully soon): 'Bad Body Double' by Imogen Heap.
Agent Evie
General theme: 'This is Aperture', Portal fan song by the awesome Harry101UK
Battle theme: 'What is Love' played on 8 floppy drives (yeah, that's a bit crazy, but then so is she!)
The Fisherman
General theme: 'It's All Been Done Before' by Barenaked Ladies
Battle (or 'I'm making things up as fast as I can!') theme: 'The Riddle' by Gigi D'Agostino
And one for the two of them together: 'What About Everything?' by Carbon Leaf
^_^
Cale's best fit would be Crystallize by Linsey Stirling while Narcis would be matched with anything by Lily Allen.
What Slenderman Suefic?
Seven songs for seven agents. Let's go:
Gaspard - Il voyage en solitaire - Gérard Manset
Angus - Mushaboom - Feist
Yakov - Dancing with myself - Billy Idol
Nasir - The Magnificent Seven - The Clash
Penny - Cat - C418
Luisa - Gerudo Valley - Koji Kondo
Marianne - Vivaldi's Four Seasons, Winter, second movement - Antonio Vivaldi
Anebrin is best represented by The King is Dead from The Battle for Wesnoth's soundtrack. His love of Theia is represented, appropriately, by The Battle for Wesnoth's Love Theme,
Des is a bit more complicated, because he has themes for facets of his personality. Des' hopelessness is represented by Kalafina's The Full Sky; his mindfulness is represented by Myst's Theme; his inner harmony is represented by Myst's Treegate theme; and his anger is represented by The Battle for Wesnoth's Northerners theme.
It's... odd that Agent!Des has that as one of its theme songs, as The Full Sky (also known as Manten) is one of Agent!Sergio's ones too. (One of those I didn't mention in my previous post)
I can't say more now, as it would be spoilers. Sergio's backstory is part of a biggie project right now. One that took months only to write down the synopsis.
Sorry to make you wait people, but since I have to write some more missions first it will take a while before this project will see the light of the day.
I expect to post the first chapter somewhere in 2014.
Maybe earlier, If I manage to speed up my writing.
Nume & Ilraen: Lo We Are Not So
Phobos made one for Agent Derik, too.
Track lists are on the wiki here and here, if you prefer just looking.
If I had to pick one song for each of them, though, I'd go with "I Am a Rock" by Simon & Garfunkel for Nume, "With a Little Help from My Friends" by The Beatles for Ilraen, and "Fighting Thread" by Anne McCaffrey for Derik.
Earwig is represented by the track "Car 24" from Cowboy Bebop, so I guess that works for him. Gall I don't really know well enough yet to say—though if there were something like "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" for chicks who enjoy crushing the skulls of their enemies with a large mace, that would probably work. I heartily recommend the entire score from How to Train Your Dragon, though. It's awesome.
As for Jenni, I have trouble choosing. Not for lack of thinking about it, but there's not a whole lot that seems to work out of the stuff I own. Otherwise I'd probably have another fanmix to plug right now. >.>;

Let's see... Nemedra's song is probably "Indestructible," by disturbed, whereas Vid is probably something classic rock - not too angry, but with attitude. Possibly "We will rock you," for when he's working and something else for when he's not.
Trask is a velociraptor and I kind of imagine him being mostly orchestra and jazz music. It kind of fits with his home universe...
Eagrus would probably go for something fantasy-sounding, so maybe something by Clannad or Enya, or Celtic/Irish music.
Cyba would so walk around singing the chorus of 'Flawless', no doubt driving Eagrus mad in the process (especially if her voice got jammed in mechanical mode again). Of course, Sigma and Phi would do the same.
For Corolla, something catchy like the Super Driver opening of the Haruhi Suzumiya anime.
For Nikki... Well, I'm still making her develop as a character and she's still searching for her identity, so I don't know yet. Madoka Magica's "Sis puella magi", maybe.
Agent!Sergio is another story entirely. He's got such a convoluted backstory that there is basically a song for every phase of his life.
In his current PPC Agent phase, though, two Italian songs come to mind: Max Pezzali's "Ci sono anch'io" and "Io ci sarò".'
Well, first of all, I decided a long time ago that Dvorak's "Humoresque" is pretty much the extent of the soundtrack that runs through Jack the Hunter's head. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G38Ark5MQE8 Though the theme from "The Thieving Magpie" would also work, or "When Can I See You Again" by Owl City if you want something with lyrics.
Kestrel's is definitely Heather Alexander's "March of the Cambreadth". When she's in Full Vermin Mode it's more like the Scissor Sisters' "I Can't Decide".
Adder's might be Nickelback's "Lullaby" for her or Deuce's lower moments, or "Stand" by Rascal Flatts
Not sure what Deuce's might be, at least in relationship to the PPC. In relation to his story, it's either The Offspring's "You're Gonna Go Far Kid" or "No Roads Left" by Linkin Park.
Caleb's is totally "Eye of the Tiger" and he will fight anyone who says otherwise.
Well, since I don't have agents, how about I do one for the Specs and Co.?
SC - I'm Just a Kid (And Life is a Nightmare)(uncertain)
Specs - Party Rock Anthem (LMFAO)(it makes sense in context.)
Book Specs - Modern Major-General (Pirates of Penzance)
Contacts - Mission Impossible theme (take a guess.)
Glasses - Go Little Bad Girl (David Guetta ft. Taio Cruz/Ludacris)
Bifocals - What Doesn't Kill You (Kelly Clarkson)
Shades - I'm A Machine (David Guetta ft. Crystal Nicole)
Monocle - Indestructible (Disturbed)
PS: I love doing these.
I just realized I forgot one.
Sports Shades - Moves Like Jagger
This says something about our playlists... All right, explain Monocle to me and I'll explain why I picked the same song for Nemedra.
