I totally did not realize who he was until the end.
The Aviator and Zeb take on a reincarnating twin sister of Harry with a little bit of 'help'.
But one word too long:
Time Tots are are a bit faster than that.

I'd seen a bit of Fourth Aviator fellow on the wiki. I might have also read a single paragraph of a story he was in, or something like that. Er. Into the grey fog of my mind that went, needless to say.
Anyway!
As a fellow who knows bugger all about him, and who was introduced to him in this story, I quite liked him. Charming bloke.
You hinted at his identity really well, too, particularly with his interactions with Zeb, and the sharing of certain quotes. Sort've thing where it all comes together afterwards, rather than being blatantly obvious in the middle.
I will nitpick that 'Lemming-brain' seems a wee bit friendly 'hoho, nudge my mate in the stomach!' for someone who seems genuinely upset at him, y'know? I dunno. Haven't read as much of your stuff as I should have. I mean, from what I know of, it doesn't strike me as an 'Ave' thing, that.
But, you know. Nitpicks and such.
You mentioned, below, that you had the idea of focussing on agent interactions in this over the badfic itself, and, mate, you did it well. What PPC's about, innit? Writing proper stories, as opposed to heroically slaying the dark hordes of badfic. And, er. You did that. The former.
Nooooice.
(you know what, that all actually is spoilers. Cor.)

you've probably picked up on it by now.
I quite liked it. Elanor is adorable, and I'm really glad I showed you Time Crash, because you cannot convince me that it was not, in some way, inspiration for this.
I liked giving the assassination to Zeb, as well. Very nice to see him taking initiative like that, though it did seem to be a lot of information to absorb in a recently neuralyzed brain.
Now, on to Anthony. Very laid back, and I think more put together than he lets on. He's light, and he definitely feels casual. It'll be interesting to see that mask slip under stress.
I have a headcanon that this is the Aviator coming to grips with a lot of her pain, accepting the trauma of her past and trying to put it behind her. Perhaps she refused to let herself recognize this future. Maybe because she rebelled against it, maybe because it was too much to hope for.
Either way, I very much look forward to meeting him.
“I’ve been around a couplea Time Lords before,” and I guess the 'of' is missing too.
As for the rest... Well, I think you pretty much saw how fun and enjoyable I found this one back on Discord.

Now, comedy would have been quite harder to get if Rina the First, or the Second, was the one meeting Ave, rather than Fourth.
And *shrugs* First and Second wouldn't have a way to travel to meet her (and why would they want to?) and Five through Thirteen aren't nearly immature enough to go back in time for the sole purpose of trolling. :P
Personalities, appearances, what they do, how they die. Doubt they'"" ever come up but it's nice to know anyway.
And well, I was more thinking about the lines of 'if they saw each other', not the actual possibility.
You really did the thing! Oh, right, ought to hide the thing. Ahem.

It's kind of interesting to see Ave talking to Zeb after, I'd guess, Zeb's already gone for him. Got a question, though: In the future, will Ave use his perfect memory to guarantee that he does the exact same thing every time, or does it change a little every time?
Yeah, he's 1500 years or so at this point in his life, so Zeb's long gone. As for how things play out in the future, it's a stable time loop, so things happen the same way as before.
That... was fun.

So... Fourth Aviator confirmed? Though I admit I had guessed it as soon as he started showing he knew too much about Aviator.
The badfic didn't have much of an impact on me, but the story was driven nicely by the interactions between Zeb and the two Aviators. It was very fun to read.
I must admit to choosing the fic that I did so I could focus mostly on the agent interactions rather than the charges. Glad to know it worked.
And yeah, 'Anthony' isn't called a Lemming Brain for nothing. He wasn't exactly being very subtle, was he?
but what do lemmings have to do with anything?
