GMoV is an interesting item, kind of like a reverse Eviolite. It can't be given to a fully-evolved Pokémon, but when equipped, the holder's attacks deal double damage to, and have 30% increased accuracy when targeting, fully-evolved Pokémon. Fomatis' stats might be, er, not brilliant, but with this item it can deal considerable damage. Get a Modest one with the ability Contrary and give it EVs in Special Attack and HP, give it Choice Specs, and run Leaf Storm, Giga Drain, Weather Ball, and Protect. Run it in sunlight and you should be pretty much golden, but remember: the important thing is to have fun. =]
