I like how Ruby's hood goes from a full-body travelling cloak to basically a scarf.

The Grimm look absolutely outstanding and even more menacing than before. Now about that Gorilla Grimm... since every species is named after something famous (Beowolves for... well, Beowulf, and Nevermores from Poe's Raven), I'm gonna go on a lim and say this one's name is Kong.

And of course... mah girls. Ruby looks awesome, Weiss looks trapped in her prison of a house, Blake is just a vigilante and Yang looks like a street brawler. Also, Ren and Nora grew their hair from the looks of it.
