A misuse of gratuitous Spanish in my first mission led to the walls of a room turning out to be made of tightly-packed Iberian hookers. Which one of the charries was forced to lick.
Yyyyyyeah.
While looking up fanfics that would quallify for a good mission I stumbled across one called Britannia Which is a 54 chapter suefic involving a country whose meant to be a child of Arthur(aph UK/England) while dating Alfred(Aph US/America) who got adopted by Arthur at one point and technically is her brother.
It's bad and when I get permission chances are this will end up being a multipart mission. However the thing that stood out to me was the castle that the sue has for her home. It's a castle which is completely ruby colored and apparently is made of either glass or a glass like material. Which somehow was kept hidden from her despite it taking years to build.
At first I misread it as a castle made entirely of rubies.
And I wonder,what other strange materials have gary stus,mary sues,and airy oohs used for buildings in fanfics? So,what kind of architectural nightmares have you all seen?
Is when a misspelling caused a windowsill of the Dursleys' house to transform into a Window Seal - a small harp seal merged with the window.

I understand Ferry God Mother and I can imagine what caused Long Table Elrond, but I always wondered how a Witch-King can be transfigured into a wall. Do you know which misspelling of what spawned that?

They had difficulties to get him a body back after Eowyn and Merry offered him a trip to Final Death, so he ended up turned into a wall.
In conclusion? Pure comedy effect.

Doesn't the W-K explode in the movie? It sounds like Miss Cam's team literally collected up the bits of him and put them back together (badly).

Now that's an idea I'd be willing to risk legal problems over.

... you know, we could easily do a script, and we've had a lot of luck with people doing voices before, so all it needs is some form of ultra-simple 'paper cutout' animation and NO NO BAD ELF STOP THINKING ABOUT IT.

If we did, I have Audacity and a mic. And I hate the sound of my voice in recordings, so I'd have no ego about doing obnoxious fanthings and whatnot. And I might be able to talk Phobos into doing some male voices, possibly with accents, because he's actually talented at voice stuff. Like... I'd maybe even cast him as Gimli if he's down with it.
Just. Y'know. Just in case anyone wanted to know that. For some reason.
