My favourite series so far is TOS, although I'm much better acquainted with the movies. Numbers 2 and 3 are my favourites.

I second my sister Apricot's question of which Star Trek series, and also, who are your favorite characters? I like TNG, but I also like Voyager a lot. My favorite characters are Data, Spock, Seven of Nine, and Q.
