Turned up this one: https://www.cardcastgame.com/browse/deck/A595V Which appears to be mostly based on "My Immortal" and "legolas by laura" with a few other references, some of which I recognize.
There are also many badfic refs in the Cards Against Headquarters decks.

I was think about one more generally based on bad fanfiction, rather than the PPC itself.
