Hm... Let me rephrase my question, then: can a piece of fanfiction count as 'bad' solely because its grammar is horrid?

I've stumbled, ages ago, upon what amounts to a The Battle for Wesnoth 'fic. It had OK, even good story, but it's grammar was extremely subpar. Is it missionable?

If not, no agent other than possibly a Spy should be going into it. If so, it is worthy of the attention of the PPC.
As to whether it's doable, a second question: Would it be funny to write (and read) a mission into it? If not, it shouldn't be written. If so, then go for it.
