I've had to quash flurries of medicine spam five times in the last week or so. It's coming from IPs all over the place - the current ones I have recorded are Washington, Utah, and Cameroon - so I'm afraid the only option is to keep bonking them on the head when they pop up.

So, yeah. Closer to eight times in the last week. Probably something running daily somewhere?

We also got what I think was a repeat IP address, which says it might be possible to block them all after all. We shall see.
