Is there a software or program used to draw them? Is there a template? Are they made by one person (the art style looks the same for all of them)?

For the most part, anyway. I don't draw them, but I've gotten decent at scrounging up clipart in similar styles and modifying it in the GIMP as needed. Lately I have traced over actual photos to get something that looks right for a couple, but since I've only got a laptop touch pad to work with, it's tricky.

Is there one missing that you'd particularly like to have? I know there are some I still haven't managed yet.
