OK, so this woman emailed me saying she wanted me to beta her stories. I just wanted to check to make sure it isn't some scam or something.

How we normally do things around here is that when we want Beta's we'll generally put out a request on the Board for some Beta's, explaining the work/mission, what canons are involved etc. It's only really if you've worked with someone as a Beta before that you email tem directly, just to make sure they don't freak out or anything about it really.
