So, Diane Duane caught a plotbunny and wrote Owl Be Home For Christmas (link to the store page). I mostly thought I'd pass the news here, and there'll be a review once I've read the thing.
It's weird, but it's good. It's not a spoiler to say that DD is still excellent at portraying nonhuman worldviews and mindsets.
It's also set in 2020, which is... 6-10 years ahead of the 'present' of the books. So some familiar characters have changed a little along the way. Which is super cool. :D
... aaaand it's probably not available in the UK, because Brexit; she's been saying for a few months that they won't sell e-books to us any more.
