Bonus: "throbbing gigglestick", "private wahoo", 'lil' (character name)", "lavender man-fruit thing", "pot of honey". All real.

I've found it all over the show. For instance:
The infamous "thingie in you-know-what" scenes from My Immortal.
Some stories use baby words (like saying, "pee-pee" instead of "penis").
In the mission "Illogical in All the Right Ways", Christianne and Eledwhen complain about male Tolkein elves' penises being referred to as "elfhoods" in badfics.
Perhaps worst of all, I once read a badfic that referred to a woman's crotch as "the place where a penis would be if she was a man".
IIRC it's LotR Bad Slash in the 2000s that's mostly guilty of it? (If you google "lotr elfhood slash" you might get some results) Not sure if they are still using the term, but also I think people have moved away from using "manhood" anyway.
Bonus: "throbbing gigglestick", "private wahoo", 'lil' (character name)", "lavender man-fruit thing", "pot of honey". All real.
There's always the iconic "weeping cock" (poor sad chicken!), namesake of the Weeping Cock LJ community. Always good for a laugh. And the occasional nightmare fuel. YMMV.
A while ago, I started going through their backposts looking for the origins of dubious lubes, but I stalled in December 2007. If you go browsing and spot anything after that, let me know!
But, uh, back on track—yeah, I don't think there's a special term for cringeworthy/inappropriate/unintentionally hilarious/[other adjective] euphemisms.

"Honey walls", referring to female anatomy. The same bad poem fic also describes the Sue's eyes as giving off a "brown sugar gaze" and her body as having "molasses limbs" and "burnt sugared lips". The Word World will have a field day with this one.
