Dream SMP - RPF or not by

So, the Dream SMP. For those that don't know, essentially, a bunch of streamers roleplay characters. But it's a bit different from typical TV, because the characters are very closely related to the streamers.
The fanbase is mostly comprised of 10-18 year olds, and bad writing is pretty rampant. But the thing is, the line between Real People and canon characters is pretty thin. They tend to go by the same name and have similar personalities, but canon characters have their own backstories and powers like a book or movie character
So yeah, I was just wondering. Would fics about the canon characters count as badfic and then ones about the Real People be still badfic but not in the PPC jurisdiction? What about ones where the character being canon or not isn't specified. Would they be sporkable?
(this isn't because I want to write a DSMP mission, this is because I have a large quantity of canon character badfic and I'm curious)

...at least according to the wiki.
Under the Minecraft Entry in the PPC Wiki:
> Considering that this game has no story or plot whatsoever, it isn't surprising that the Real World people playing it, such as CaptainSparklez, SkyDoesMinecraft, AntVenom, Deadlox, the Yogscast, and Achievement Hunter (among numerous sundry others), are a greater driving force in the fandom than the actual characters and mobs are. Needless to say, pairings between YouTubers who commonly play together or are otherwise associated with each other are commonplace among fans, and fanfiction of these pairings turns up quite often, be it good or bad.
> Unfortunately, these fanfics are technically classified as Real Person Fic (despite the player avatars of the YouTubers being involved instead of themselves), and therefore cannot be sporked by PPC agents.
(Emphasis mine)
Since DSMP is IRL people playing Minecraft through avatars, they count as RPF. DSMP even is under RPF on AO3, I believe.
Apologies if this is blunt. I am not meaning to be mean.
