Physical copies look like they'll be made available mid-to-late August.
I've also got a sale happening this week—ebook copies are now 99 cents/99p until July 26th!
It's listing the main item as £20.23 from Amazon US (4-6 weeks shipping time), and then a New listing at £10.99 from Amazon UK which is down as out of stock. Neither are described as pre-orders, so I think I just need to wait until August for the UK link to go live?
